RESEARCH

Welcome to the research page of the Stellenbosch Art Law Society!

Our clinic is dedicated to promoting access to justice in the art world through legal research, advocacy, and education. On this page, you will find a collection of our research projects, publications, and resources related to art law. Our team of legal researchers and experts work tirelessly to produce high-quality and informative research that addresses the legal challenges facing artists, collectors, and cultural institutions. Our research covers a wide range of topics, including copyright protection, authorship and ownership, legal boundaries, and more. We hope that our research will not only inform and guide the legal community but also contribute to the development of a more just and equitable art world.
